Cetbix Incident Management is an end-to-end solution that responds to, reports on, investigates and overall works towards resolution of digital incidents or errors.

This feature helps IT professionals, DevOps teams and other technology experts better manage IT solutions by reducing downtime and the likelihood of crashes. It alerts IT staff to an incident, creates a report of the problem and automates a workflow that ensures the error is reported and responded to in the correct order.
